More specifically shaped as coaching than the in person ceremonies, this online container will allow you to work through releasing energies and narratives that no longer serve you, or your authentic self, through talking, prompted journaling and meditation practices.

Discover who you are without carrying the weight of unwanted energy with you and move into embodying the connected, honest, soul version of you. By delving into past experiences, and previous rites of passage that may not have been marked effectively, you are able to dive into your deepest desires of self, and explore expansion from within, whilst being gently nurtured and guided.

Throughout your container, you will have regular communication with Nisha via WhatsApp, so that you feel supported as you integrate your course in your daily life, and dive into the concept of liberation from limitations; within or without.

Land in freedom, power and truth, at the end of a three to four month period, with the option to extend your container if you desire.
