I’m Nisha — a mother, space holder, and guide for women on the path of reclamation and transformation.

My calling was born from deep personal experience — one of trauma, pain, healing, and powerful self-discovery. In my younger years, I lived through emotional and mental health challenges, navigating PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I numbed my pain with substances and spent years disconnected from my truth. But something within me knew: this wasn’t the end of my story.

That knowing led me to yoga, to stillness, to ceremony, and eventually to spirt. It was there — in the quiet moments, in sacred spaces, in sisterhood — that I began to remember who I truly was.

🌸 My Path to EmpowerHER

I started holding space for women alongside my sister through The Sister Circle MK — a community offering healing through connection and ceremony. What began as sharing circles sparked something deeper in me: a profound purpose to guide women more intimately, 1:1, through the depths of their personal transformation.

In 2023, I launched The Empowerment Series — my first coaching container — and watched incredible women rise, release, and reclaim their power. That offering, like me, has since evolved. During my sacred time on maternity leave, holding space for my daughter’s arrival into the world, a new vision was born: EmpowerHER.

EmpowerHER is not just a programme — it’s a remembrance. A sanctuary. A revolution in how we approach womanhood, healing, and power.
